Jim decided to study courses in the business to career in the financial services industry. He holds MBA from Harvard Business School in 1979, BSBA Southern University in 1977. Jim started is banking career as a clerk with Union Bank ikeja branch in 1973 at the age of 22 later further is education and after graduation went into the banking and financial industry and with much experience in hand established the Zenith International Bank as the pioneer CEO, today he's the chairman of Nigeria's leading bank, Zenith Bank. Jim is an inspiration speaker and promotes the development of the IT sector in Nigeria.
